What information do Passage Planning Guide routes contain?

Each downloadable route is individually numbered and includes detailed information on weather and sea states, weather forecasts, currents and tidal streams, routeing recommendations, ports on the route, distance and waypoint tables, formalities, search and rescue and references to other nautical publications.
