Photographs relating to specific books (available at time of publication or received since that time) may be found under the Book Support File section of each publication.

The development of this area will start in 2009 and will be gradually built up as new photographs are taken during the preparation of future books. The long-term aim is to provide reference material for all areas covered by this site.
